Description:
SMC Group has undertaken the complete replacement of a roof section of this manufacturing facility. The exiting Built-Up roof has failed and created a lot of leaks, causing production delays costing tens of thousands of dollars to the Owners. Infrared moisture survey identified 40% of wet insulation. Roof has been rebuilt from the metal deck up.
